This produces a jewelry quality pin with a high level of detail and color. Each pin is highly polished to a brilliant luster and smoothness.

The soft enamel style is the most popular type of custom made lapel pin because it offers brilliant colors and raised metal detailing. Soft enamel pins are die-struck from a solid piece of copper and electroplated with Silver, Gold or Bronze material to give it the custom finish your looking for. Then the pins are hand-filled with enamels and kiln-baked at 160 degrees centigrade to seal the colors. the custom designed pins are individually hand-polished for a very distinguished look. They are excellent choice for events and product promotions. Another option with die struck soft enamel is to apply an epoxy dome for protecting the color fills.

For the sophisticated image of an all-metal pin, the Die Struck process offers sharp detail, contrast and relief. Instead of using color, the raised areas are highly polished and the recessed areas have a textured, matte or antiqued finish below the polished metal. This creates a clean, understated, elegant look.

This process of silk-screening a lapel pin allows special logos to be used without the need for the fine gold or silver metal line around each color on the pin. The silkscreen process offers the best solution for your custom pin when intricate designs require precise, color-on-color detailing. The offset printing process offers full-color reproduction with outstanding details and accuracy. A clear epoxy dome is optional an will help to protect the silk-screened areas.
